I was placed at WA Porter Elementary School in North Richland Hills. I am interning 2nd grade and my teachers name is Jodi Kirspel. She has been teaching for 9 years. To prepare I just said my introduction to 8th graders at North Ridge Middle School. I wore nice jeans, my education polo and my BRAND NEW VANS!!!! My kids loved my pleather snake skin shoes. I brought my pink camelbak and my backpack! All the little 2nd grade girls were telling me how they have those water bottles at home. When I first walked into my classroom I felt scatterbrained. I was just so excited to be there. In the classroom I watched them do the activity and how they interacted in the classroom. After I left I immediately wanted to go right back in the classroom and continue learning what there little minds could do.
